Formerly with: U.S. Department of Justice, United States Trustee Program, for 14 years; U.S. Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service Office of Chief Counsel for over 11 years. As Assistant United States Trustee and as Trial Attorney tried cases in complex chapter 7 and chapter 11 bankruptcies; as Special Assistant United States Attorney represented the United States in bankruptcy court; as Assistant District Counsel and trial attorney tried over 30 Tax Court cases.
